“临川四梦”人物塑造的空间表征法

空间是人物性格生成的具体场所,也是人物形象的绝佳表征。汤显祖在“临川四梦”中善于通过书写一个个特定空间来塑造典型形象,其人物塑造的空间表征法,可分为三种:家宅:居住空间——人物原初性格的塑造空间;花园:休闲空间——人物自然天性的释放空间;树国:虚幻空间——人物性格的拓展空间。总之,汤显祖运用空间表征法塑造了一个个生动鲜活、立体饱满的人物形象,为中国戏曲文学典型人物长廊增添了数面传神的脸谱。 Space is the specific place where the character’s character is generated and is also an excellent representation of the character’s image.
