目的 观察脑缺血超早期高压氧(Hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)治疗对神经元缺血性改变的影响。方法 在阻断兔三条脑供血动脉或同时给予HBO治疗一小时后取脑,HE染色,在光镜下用体视学测量尺计数缺血性改变神经元数和胶质细胞数。结果 缺血组各脑区缺血性改变的神经元总数、重度缺血性改变神经元数及皮质和海马的胶质细胞数与HBO治疗组之间均存在显著性差异。结论 脑缺血超早期HBO治疗能降低神经元缺血性改变的程度和数量。
Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment on neuronal ischemic changes in early stage of cerebral ischemia. Methods One hour after blocking the feeding arteries of rabbits with three brains or giving HBO for one hour, the brain and HE staining were performed. The numbers of ischemic neurons and glial cells were counted with stereological measuring scale under light microscope. Results The number of ischemic neurons, the number of ischemic neurons and the number of cortical and hippocampal glial cells in cerebral ischemia group were significantly different from those in HBO treatment group. Conclusion The early stage of cerebral ischemia HBO treatment can reduce the extent and number of neuronal ischemic changes.
