目的:探讨辛芷鼻敏胶囊治疗变应性鼻炎的药效。方法:用卵蛋白加福氏佐剂乳剂主动致敏,制作大鼠变应性鼻炎模型,观察辛芷鼻敏胶囊灌胃给药对模型大鼠的影响;用大鼠炎症模型,小鼠疼痛模型,观察其镇痛抗炎作用。结果:辛芷鼻敏胶囊对大鼠过敏性鼻炎模型具有一定的抑制作用,减轻其鼻黏膜病理组织学的改变,提高其免疫功能;可抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿和小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀;抑制热刺激和化学刺激致小鼠的疼痛反应。结论:辛芷鼻敏胶囊缓解大鼠过敏性鼻炎鼻部症状,并具有一定的抗炎和镇痛作用。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Xinjing Bimin capsule in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. METHODS: Allergic rhinitis model was established by active sensitization with ovalbumin and Freund’s adjuvant emulsion. The effect of intragastric administration of Xinmin Bimin capsule on model rats was observed. Rat model of inflammation and mouse pain model were used. Observed its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. RESULTS: Xinqi Bimin Capsule had a certain inhibitory effect on rat model of allergic rhinitis, reduced histopathological changes of nasal mucosa and improved its immune function; it inhibited cotton granuloma and mouse xylene ear. Swelling; inhibition of thermal and chemical stimuli induced pain responses in mice. Conclusion: Xinqi Bimin capsule relieves nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis in rats and has certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
