目的了解食品中主要污染物及有害因素的污染水平和趋势,发现食品安全风险,以利及时采取相应的风险管控和监管措施。方法对2013-2015年食品风险监测结果进行整理分析。结果农贸市场和学校周边食品致病菌检出率高。结论我区农贸市场及学校周边食品经营单位存在食品安全风险。
Objective To understand the pollution level and trend of the main pollutants and harmful factors in food and to find the food safety risk so that the corresponding risk control and supervision measures can be timely taken. Methods The results of food risk monitoring in 2013-2015 were analyzed. The results of farmers markets and schools around the high detection rate of foodborne pathogens. Conclusion There are food safety risks in the farmer’s market of our district and the food business units around the school.
