利用Pro/E和ADAMS建立装载机零部件的三维实体模型,通过MECH/Pro接口完成模型的导入与整车的虚拟装配,在ADAMS环境下设定不同的STEP函数,完成装载机典型工况的运动仿真。为简化不同工况下复杂函数方程的调试与设计,利用MATLAB软件编写不同的控制程序,以两侧车轮速度作为输入量,借助ADAMS/Controls模块将MATLAB与ADAMS连接起来,实现装载机在控制系统软件环境下的联合仿真,为装载机的物理样机制造提供了可靠的依据。
Using Pro / E and ADAMS to build the three-dimensional solid model of loader parts, import the model through MECH / Pro interface and the virtual assembly of the whole vehicle, set different STEP functions under the ADAMS environment to complete the loader’s typical working conditions Motion Simulation.
