母乳是婴儿最理想的营养食物。婴儿保健工作者均提倡母乳喂(?)近年来的研究更强调它对婴儿免疫的积极■。我院自1985年12月至1986年10月,■101份婴幼儿母乳进行了有关分泌型 IGA 的测定,现将结果报告如下:一、对象和方法:1、对象:101名乳母,均系汉族,身体健康,无感染迹象和传染病史。初产68名,第二胎22名,第三胎11名。足月产89名,早产11名。产男婴74名,产女婴27名。年龄在22～36岁。2、方法:标本的采集:均在住院期间哺乳前进行,试管对准乳头,用手按压乳房,乳汁直接挤入试管。每管4～6ml,然后送化验室置冰箱中备检。测定:采用单向琼脂免疫扩散法检测,免疫球蛋白诊断血清系卫生部北京生物制品厂研究所生产。二、结果:见表Ⅰ,表Ⅱ。三、讨论:初乳中含有大量的 IGA,对新生儿消化道粘膜具有保护作用。乳腺分泌的 IGA 是分 Breast milk is the best nutritional food for babies.
