2008年经国务院批准公布的第一批《国家珍贵古籍名录》、2009年经江苏省人民政府批准公布的首批《江苏省珍贵古籍名录》,都披露了元刊宋许叔微所撰《新编张仲景注解伤寒百证歌》五卷、《新编张仲景注解伤寒发微论》二卷。此书原为苏州顾氏过云楼旧藏,1992年入藏于南京图书馆。2007年南图申报参评国家珍贵古籍,2008年入选,并被国务院批准进入第一批《国家珍贵古籍名录》。此本框高18.9、宽12.3厘米。每半叶八行,行十七字,小字双行,行二十字,细黑口,左右双边。《新编张仲景注解伤寒发微论》目录后镌纵向长方形木记,内容为“对证用药,尚有方书,陆续刊行,幸鉴”。
