采用DCSB法点燃纯钛、TC4 和Ti40 合金,利用OM、SEM、EDAX 和X 射线衍射仪观察、分析燃烧产物。纯钛燃烧生成TiO2,TC4 燃烧生成Ti、V、Al的氧化物,Ti40 燃烧生成Ti和V 的氧化物,这些燃烧产物表面均有许多裂纹,氧化物是多孔疏松的,不具有保护作用;TC4 燃烧产物与基体的界面亦如此,而Ti40 合金的界面形成富Cr 层,这层致密的Cr氧化物,可阻止氧向基体内的扩散;对钛合金的燃烧过程进行了分析,提出钛合金燃烧的五个阶段
