通过自己多年来的教育教学实践,明显感觉到目前在教育教学过程中过多强化学生硬技能培养,不同程度上存在轻视、忽视或漠视学生“软能力”(或称软技能)培养,如社交能力、沟通能力、语言表达能力、团队合作精神、职业道德、职业素养等等,致使毕业生对工作岗位挑三拣四,一遇不如自己意的岗位,动辄以辞职或提薪相威胁,或者招呼都不打就一走了之,诸如此类。长此以往,在一定程度上影响了中职学校的声誉。如果再不高度重视,再不采取切实可行的措施进行有针对性、有效果地培养,加强内涵建设,增强职业教育吸引力只能是一句空话。如何加强
