以福建省古田县银耳为材料 ,经担孢子弹射 ,稀释分离法获得 2 8个银耳芽孢单孢分离物。单孢配对试验发现 ,由同一银耳子实体可得到 4种不同交配型的银耳芽孢 ,它们之间的交配反应受两套因子控制 ,A(a)和B(b) ,其中A因子控制配对芽孢萌发管的产生 ,B因子控制配对产生的萌发管能否形成具锁状联合的双核菌丝。配对结果表明 ,福建银耳为双因子控制的四极性异宗结合担子菌
Treated with Tremella fuciformis in Gutian County of Fujian Province, 28 spore isolates of Tremella fuciformis were obtained by means of spore ejection and dilution separation. The single-spike pairing test showed that four different mating types of Tremella usna were obtained from the same fungus. The mating reaction between them was controlled by two sets of factors, A (a) and B (b) The emergence of germination tube, B factor control the mating of the germination tube can form a combination of dual-nucleus mycelium lock. Paired results show that Fujian Tremella biphasic control of the four polar heterosexual binding basidiomycetes
