目的 :探讨典型偏头痛发作期的脑血流动力学变化。方法 :应用经颅多普勒 (TCD)对12 0例典型偏头痛患者发作期进行观察。结果 :平均血流速度 (Vm)加快 70例 (58.3% )与对照组比较有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;Vm减慢 38例 (31.7% ) ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5) ;Vm正常 12例 (10 % )。结论 :应用TCD对典型偏头痛的检查 ,有助于诊断和指导治疗 ,亦有助于对偏头痛发生机理的研究。
Objective: To investigate the changes of cerebral hemodynamics in typical migraine attacks. Methods: Transcranial Doppler (TCD) was used to observe the onset of 120 typical migraineurs. Results: The average velocity of blood (Vm) accelerated in 70 cases (58.3%) compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01); Vm slowed down in 38 cases (31.7%), compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0. 05); Vm normal in 12 cases (10%). Conclusion: The application of TCD in the examination of typical migraine can help to diagnose and guide the treatment. It is also helpful to study the mechanism of migraine.
