学籍管理工作既关系到高职院校人才培养质量的水平,也关系到高职学生的切身利益,需要学生、辅导员与班主任、教务管理人员等学籍管理参与者主动参与,他们的信息化素养水平直接决定参与的成效。本文通过问卷调查,发现某高职院校学籍管理方面存在的问题,并有针对性地提出通过培训提升学籍管理参与者信息素养的策略,以期对高职院校学籍管理培训的发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。
