患者　女,43岁。左上腹部包块3年伴疼痛1月余入院。查体:左上腹侧卧位时,可触及一活动度差、无压痛肿块。肝、脾未触及。实验室检查无异常。B超报告左上腹探及一大小约为9cm×10cm包膜完整的包块,其周边有一不连续的强回声环,内为高低混杂回声区。X线钡餐检查:胃呈钩型,胃体大 Female patient, 43 years old. Left upper abdominal mass 3 years with pain more than 1 month admission. Physical examination: left upper abdominal position, can reach a poor activity, no tenderness mass. Liver, spleen not touched. No abnormal laboratory tests. B-report of the left upper quadrant exploration and a size of about 9cm × 10cm complete capsule mass, the surrounding has a discontinuous strong echo ring, for the level of mixed echogenic zone. X-ray barium meal examination: stomach was hook type, gastric body large
