通过比较分析我国与其他国家在教育经费占财政支出与学前教育经费占教育经费的比重,可以看出我国在增加学前教育经费比重的空间较大;学前教育与其他阶段教育相比有着更高的经济效益和社会效益,并且能够放大其他阶段教育投入的收益。由此观之,将学前教育纳入义务教育体系,具有理论上与现实上的可行性。
Through comparative analysis of the share of education expenditure in China and other countries in education expenditure and the proportion of pre-primary education funds in education, we can see that China has more room to increase the proportion of pre-primary education funds. Pre-school education has a higher Economic and social benefits, and can amplify the benefits of other stages of education investment. From this point of view, the pre-school education into the compulsory education system, with theoretical and practical feasibility.
