作者在前报中对止血中药的止血成分作了化学阐述并表明,在研究中药槐(Sophorajaponica L.)芽中槲皮素的止血作用时,还发现某种抗止血成分,本文就该成分加以鉴别。曾报道从槐(烘烤的与未烘烤的)水提物和活性部分1中分出止血成分槲皮素、利用该途经,将活性部分I溶于50ml甲醇中,以Sephadex LH-20凝胶过滤,甲醇洗脱,得黄棕色胶状物,(活性部分Ⅱ),继以硅胶层析,氯仿-甲醇-水(65:35:10)下层洗脱,再经凝胶过滤和重结晶,得一浅黄色针晶,NMR,IR,UV和MS检测为异鼠李黄素(isorhamnetin)
