虽然干法高压静电涂层工艺已用于陶瓷或塑料工业。但在粉末冶金工业上应用,是一个新的课题。主要的困难在于金属粉末,特别是超细粉末的自燃性。作者基于电晕放电原理,并和流态化床原理相结合,提出了一种适于超细金属粉末的新的静电上粉工艺,其主要特点包括:流态化床的设计,以高纯氮作为粉末的载气,电晕针的合理分布以及气体流率的调整。采用最佳工艺参数,轧制后最大厚度差为6μ(上粉量7~10mg/cm~2)。本文还讨论了这种工艺的粉末荷电问题。
Although dry-process high voltage electrostatic coating processes have been used in the ceramic or plastic industry. However, the application in the powder metallurgy industry is a new topic. The main difficulty lies in the self-ignitability of metal powders, especially ultra-fine powders. Based on the principle of corona discharge and the principle of fluidized bed, the author proposed a new electrostatic powder-on-powder process suitable for ultra-fine metal powder. The main features of the technology include: the design of fluidized bed, Nitrogen as a carrier powder, a reasonable distribution of corona pins, and a gas flow rate adjustment. Using the best processing parameters, the maximum thickness difference after rolling is 6μ (the amount of powder is 7 ~ 10mg / cm ~ 2). This article also discusses the powder charging problem of this process.
