1992年11月颁发的《企业会计准则——基本准则》,是我国会计改革的一次重要转折,为我国会计概念框架的建立提供基础。此次基本准则的修订,定位明确,纳入了更多的概念框架的思想和内容,体现了基本会计准则的概念框架的地位与倾向;同时,有利于法律法规间的协调,有助于会计准则的协调。
