目的:通过改造让使用十多年的机器性能恢复到原来的90 %。本中心使用的KD- 4 0 0 m A X线机透视曝光线路出现故障,原厂线路已改变,其配件已停产,所以必须自己改变线路,使其能现代新的零配件达到恢复原机功能的目标。方法:在更改线路时使用新一代的电器元件,有可控硅固定继电器,金属电阻,电子散热线等量。结果:通过1万人次的使用,效果良好,新线路和新元件提高了电流通过性能,改善减少接触瞬间冲击电流,提高荧光屏的清晰度,从而帮助提高透视诊断质量,结论:用可控硅固定继电器与机械及电器混合使用值得借鉴和推广。
Purpose: To rebuild the performance of a machine that has been using more than 10 years to 90% of its original capacity. The center used the KD-400m AX machine perspective exposure line failure, the original line has been changed, the parts have been discontinued, it must change their own lines so that it can modern new parts to restore the original machine function aims. Method: When changing the circuit using a new generation of electrical components, there are SCR fixed relays, metal resistors, electronic cooling lines and so on. Results: The effect of using 10,000 lines was good. New lines and new elements improved the current passing performance, reduced the impact current at the instant of contact, and improved the clarity of the fluorescent screen, thus helping to improve the diagnostic quality of fluoroscopy. Conclusion: Relays and mechanical and electrical mixed use is worth learning and promotion.
