目的 :调研兰州军区各级医院儿科抗生素使用现状 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 :统计分析 1997- 0 6～ 1998- 0 5军区 6所医院儿科 1182例住院患儿抗生素使用品种、剂量、联合用药、药敏试验及费用效果比值等。结果 :各级医院儿科住院患儿抗生素使用有不同程度的不合理现象 ,联合用药普遍。二甲医院中途改变抗生素较三甲医院高 ,药敏试验率则较三甲医院低。结论 :儿科不合理使用抗生素普遍存在 ,应引起医师、药师及主管部门的重视。
Objective: To investigate the status of pediatric use of antibiotics at all levels of hospitals in Lanzhou Military Region and to guide clinical rational use of drugs. Methods :Statistical analysis The antibiotic use variety, dose, combination drug, drug susceptibility test and cost effectiveness ratio of 1182 cases of hospitalized children in 6 hospitals from 1997- 06 to 1998- 05 were investigated. Results: There were different degrees of irrationality in the use of antibiotics in children hospitalized at all levels of hospital pediatrics, and the use of antibiotics was common. The change in antibiotics in the middle of the hospital was higher than that in the top three hospitals, and the drug sensitivity test rate was lower than that in the top three hospitals. Conclusion: The irrational use of antibiotics in pediatrics is widespread, and it should attract the attention of physicians, pharmacists and authorities.
