我国大约有6000万残疾人,身体的残疾导致了他们特殊的心理特点及与众不同的生活和行为模式。这是残疾人普遍存在的心理特点,由于生理或心理上的缺陷,使他们在学习、生活和就业方面遇到诸多困难,得不到足够的支持和帮助,甚至遭到厌弃或歧视,因此产生自卑、逃避现实、甚至自杀等。康复心理治疗学是实施残疾人和病人在康复过程中的心理规律。按照这些心理规律,使其克服消极心理因素,发挥心理活动中的积极因素,唤起他们的乐观积极情绪,调动其主观能动性,发挥机体的代偿能力,使其丧失的功能获得恢复或改善、心理创伤获得愈合、社会再适应获得恢复,且能享受人应该享受的权利[1]。本文主要从医学的发展、临床、残疾人心理状况的分析,具体说明在高职高专康复医学技术专业开设心理康复治疗学的必要性。
There are about 60 million disabled people in our country, and physical disability has led to their special psychological characteristics and distinctive patterns of life and behavior. This is a common psychological feature of persons with disabilities. Due to their physical or psychological defects, they encounter many difficulties in their studies, livelihoods and employment. They do not receive sufficient support and assistance and are even discouraged or discriminated against Inferiority, escapism, and even suicide. Rehabilitation Psychotherapy is the implementation of the disabled and patients psychological process in the rehabilitation process. According to these psychological rules, it can overcome the negative psychological factors, exert the positive factors in the psychological activities, arouse their optimism and positive emotions, mobilize their subjective initiative, give full play to the body’s compensatory capacity, and restore or reduce the lost functions of their psychology The trauma is healed, the society is rescued and resumed, and the rights that people should enjoy are enjoyed [1]. This article mainly analyzes the development of medicine, clinical and psychology of disabled people, and specifies the necessity of setting up psychological rehabilitation therapy in rehabilitation medicine specialty of higher vocational college.
