国际货物运输代理行业的分工细化使传统的人才培养模式不能满足企业的需求。基于此,国际货物运输代理教学应进行适当的改革。文章提出了基于岗位教学的改革模式,实践证明,这种教学模式以岗位的需求为基础,进行有针对性的人才培养,在教学中有助于提高学生的积极性和其专业能力,并使其适合岗位需求,满足物流企业的需求,因此具有积极意义。文章针对目前国际货物运输代理课程教学存在的问题,进行了具体的分析,提出了相应的改革策略。
The division of labor in the international freight forwarding industry makes the traditional talent training mode unable to meet the needs of enterprises. Based on this, the international cargo transport agent teaching should be properly reformed. The article puts forward the reform mode based on post teaching.
