文章较详细地介绍了PLC及工业以太网在排水泵房改造工程中的应用。该工程选用了S7-300可编程控制器作为主控制器,利用工业以太环网平台传输数据。系统通过检测水仓水位和其它参数,控制水泵轮流工作与适时启动备用泵,合理调度水泵运行,保证了煤矿排水系统的安全。实践证明该系统设计合理,整体运行安全可靠、故障率低、节电效果明显。
The paper introduces the application of PLC and industrial Ethernet in the reconstruction of drainage pumping station in more detail. The project selected S7-300 programmable controller as the main controller, the use of industrial Ethernet ring network platform to transfer data. By detecting the water level and other parameters, the system controls the rotation of the pump and starts the standby pump at the right time, which can reasonably schedule the pump operation and ensure the safety of the coal mine drainage system. Practice has proved that the system design is reasonable, the overall operation safe and reliable, low failure rate, energy-saving effect is obvious.
