采用BNi76CrP粉末钎料开展了1Cr18Ni9Ti与T2异种材料的真空钎焊工艺试验,研究了不同钎焊温度下BNi76CrP粉末钎料对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢和T2紫铜的润湿性能和钎焊性能。结果表明:在960~980℃范围内BNi76CrP粉末钎料对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢与T2紫铜具有良好的润湿性能,且随钎焊温度的升高润湿性呈逐渐增强趋势。在钎焊温度960~980℃下保温5 min时,得到良好的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢与T2紫铜钎焊接头组织,接头具有良好的耐压性能和气密性能,未见裂纹、气孔等缺陷。
The vacuum brazing process of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and T2 dissimilar materials was carried out by using BNi76CrP powder solder. The wetting properties and brazing properties of BNi76CrP powder solder on 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and T2 copper at different brazing temperatures were studied. The results show that BNi76CrP powder solder has good wettability to 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and T2 copper in the temperature range of 960 ~ 980 ℃, and wettability increases with the increase of brazing temperature. When brazing temperature is 960 ~ 980 ℃ for 5 min, good 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and T2 copper brazed joints are obtained. The joints have good pressure resistance and airtightness, and no defects such as cracks and pores are found.
