目的：对人流围术期的护理方法以及护理效果进行分析和探讨。方法：收集我站2012年9月至2014年9月期间的120例人流手术患者的临床资料，在人流手术围术期对所有的患者进行全面的优质护理，然后对患者在手术之后的并发症发生率以及患者对护理的满意度进行调查研究和分析。结果：120例人流手术患者的人流手术进行的非常顺利，没有出现漏刮和麻醉意外的情况，其中有3例患者在术后出现了大出血的情况，有5例患者出现了术后感染、月经失调等并发症，总体来看，并发症的发生率为6.67％。120例人流手术患者对护理非常满意的为84例，满意的为33例，不满意的为3例，满意率为97.50％。结论：在人流手术的围术期对患者进行全面的优质护理可以改善患者的不良心理情绪，增强手术的治疗效果，减少手术并发症的发生，提高患者对护理的满意度，促进患者的早日康复，因此可以进行临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the perioperative nursing methods and the nursing effect. Methods: The clinical data of 120 cases of abortions from September 2012 to September 2014 in our station were collected.
