目的:了解妊娠晚期妇女的超声骨密度状况,为确立骨量减少和骨质疏松症是晚期妊娠并发症之一提供依据。方法:选择147例正常妊娠晚期妇女为检测对象,用定量超声骨密度仪(QUS)测定受检者足跟部骨密度(BMD)值,随机选择200例正常健康非妊娠妇女作为对照组,并以孕周分为3组(Ⅰ组28~31周,Ⅱ组32~35周,Ⅲ组36~足月)进行组间对比研究。结果:妊娠晚期妇女BMD值较对照组明显下降,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅰ组BMD值比较均明显降低,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组比较差异无显著性。孕周与BMD值呈负相关性(r=-0.208,P<0.01),差异有显著性意义。结论:运用QUS测定晚孕BMD值,操作简便、安全,无创伤性,无辐射性,可客观评估妊娠晚期妇女的超声骨密度状况。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of ultrasonic bone mineral density in the third trimester of pregnancy and to provide a basis for the establishment of osteopenia and osteoporosis as one of the complications of late pregnancy. Methods: One hundred and seventy-seven normal pregnant women were enrolled in this study. The heel bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by QUS and 200 normal healthy non-pregnant women were randomly selected as the control group. Pregnancy was divided into 3 groups (group Ⅰ 28 to 31 weeks, group Ⅱ 32 to 35 weeks, group Ⅲ 36 to full-term) were compared between groups. Results: The BMD of women in late pregnancy was significantly lower than that of control group. The BMD of group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅰ were significantly lower than that of control group. There was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and Ⅲ. There was a negative correlation between gestational age and BMD (r = -0.208, P <0.01), the difference was significant. CONCLUSION: The QUS of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy is an objective evaluation of the BMD of pregnant women. It is simple, safe, noninvasive and non-invasive.
