邵东铅锌矿选矿厂,主产铅、锌精矿,副产银、硫产品。为全面回收国家矿产资源,提高经济效益,该矿于1985年5月邀请长沙有色金属研究所对铅锌选别中的脉石矿物进行利用研究。经分析、试验,可从铅、锌选别尾矿中回收萤石,萤石选别后的尾矿经水力旋流器分级,沉砂可做玻璃原料,矿泥可烧制耐火砖。有显著的经济效益。(一)萤石利用试验铅锌选矿尾矿经分析,主要元素含最(%):CaF_213.92、Fe0.63、、SiO_273.09、Pb0.43、Zn0.18、Al_2O_33.74、Na_2O0.12、K_2O1.09、BaSO_42.86、P0.69、Fe_2O_30.17。其中石英和萤石含量最高。根据原料性质,采用典型浮选流程与分支浮选流程(见下图)进行试验。试验结果(见表1)表明,两个方案的萤石精矿主品位均达化工用萤石要求。但分支浮选流
