制备了Cu13Zn,Cu13Zn0.013Zr和Cu13Zn0.09Zr3种合金(质量分数,%),通过对这些合金在不同处理态下的硬度测定和显微组织观察,分析了Zr对这类合金的再结晶的影响.结果表明:添加微量Zr(0.013%,质量分数)可以明显细化CuZn合金热变形和冷变形后的退火再结晶晶粒;进一步提高Zr的含量(0.09%),可有效地抑制合金的动态和静态再结晶,合金的完全再结晶温度提高到500℃以上.该结果对高速列车异步牵引电动机转子专用铜合金的研制具有重要的指导意义
The Cu13Zn, Cu13Zn0.013Zr and Cu13Zn0.09Zr3 alloys (mass fraction,%) were prepared. The effects of Zr on the recrystallization of these alloys were analyzed by measuring the hardness and microstructure of these alloys under different treatment conditions . The results show that the addition of trace Zr (0.013%, mass fraction) can remarkably refine the annealed recrystallized grains after hot deformation and cold deformation of CuZn alloy. The further increase of Zr content (0.09%) is effective To inhibit the dynamic and static recrystallization of the alloy, the recrystallization temperature of the alloy increased to above 500 ℃. The results have important guiding significance for the development of special copper alloy for induction motor rotor of high-speed train
