新疆哈萨克族(哈族)是食管癌高发民族。以往的研究提示,膳食维生素A缺乏可能与该民族食管癌高发有关,但无生化资料印证。有关维生素A、E营养,免疫与食管癌的人群研究报道甚少。本文调查哈族食管癌高发人群维生素A、E营养及免疫水平,旨在为其营养干预试验提供依据,为深入研究维生素A、E营养,免疫和人类食管癌的关系提供线索。
Xinjiang Kazak (Kazakh) is a high incidence of esophageal ethnic. Previous studies suggest that dietary vitamin A deficiency may be related to the high incidence of esophageal cancer in the nation, but no biochemical data confirmed. There are few reports on the studies on the nutrition, immunity and esophageal cancer in vitamin A and E groups. This article investigates the nutrition and immune levels of vitamins A and E in high prevalence population in Ha ethnic esophageal cancer of Kazakhstan. The purpose of this study is to provide basis for their nutritional intervention test and to provide clues for the further study on the relationship between vitamins A, E nutrition, immunity and human esophageal cancer.
