旅游文化课程是五年制高职校旅游专业学生主干课程之一。目前存在课堂讲授多于实践,实训手段单一等问题。本文立足现代网络教育环境的大背景,从教育心理学角度阐述网络环境下优化旅游文化课程的必要性、可操作性,研究这种新型的交互式教与学的教育形式,重点从课程设计的理念与思路、教学内容的组织与安排、网络教学硬件环境和软件资源建设如何完善以及未来这种教学手段发展的前景等几方面来探讨,以促进教学培训的层次和内容更加宽泛多样,实现教育的个性化。
