研究了漂白硫酸盐浆(BKP)的细纤维化程度及用量对高得率浆(HYP)性能的影响。结果表明,在HYP中添加20%的经PFI磨8万转处理的BKP使手抄片的抗张指数提高了103%、z向强度提高了80%,添加20%的经PFI磨5万转处理的BKP使手抄片撕裂指数提高了120%,说明高度细纤维化的BKP能明显改善HYP的机械强度。研究还发现,高度细纤维化的BKP对HYP的紧度和光学性能影响很小。探讨了高度细纤维化的BKP影响HYP性能的机理,发现高度细纤维化的BKP与HYP纤维形成的特殊桥联网状结构能很好地改善纤维间的结合,提高了HYP的机械强度。
The effect of bleaching kraft pulp (BKP) on the degree of fine fibrosis and the amount of bleached kraft pulp (HYP) was studied. The results showed that the addition of 20% PFM grinding 80 000 rpm to HYP increased the tensile index of the hand sheet by 103%, the z-direction strength by 80% and the 20% by PFI grinding by 50,000 rpm The treated BKP increased the handprint tear index by 120%, indicating that highly fibrillating BKP significantly improves the mechanical strength of HYP. The study also found that the highly fibrillating BKP has little effect on the tightness and optical properties of HYP. The mechanism of the effect of highly fine fibrillated BKP on HYP was discussed. It was found that the special bridged network structure formed by the highly fibrillated BKP and HYP fibers could well improve the bonding between fibers and improve the mechanical strength of HYP.
