在我们班级有5名留守儿童,从平日的教育教学中观察到,这一部学生无论在品行、自觉性、以及诸多方面较其他学生或多或少地存在着心理缺陷。如果教师不及时了解这部分弱势儿童的学习、生活及思想方面的动态,不去关注、帮助他们的身心发展,将对今后的后续教育和对这部分儿童的健康成长产生较大影响。于是我制定了具体详细的留守儿童教育工作计划和工作方案,建立“留守学生”专项档案,平时注重大力营造关爱留守儿童教育的氛围,加强了学生、家长、教师三者之间的联系与交流,通过各种形式与手段,让他们感受到班级是他们学文化、学做人的快乐家园。
Five left-behind children in our class observed from weekdays teaching and learning that this student has more or less psychological defects than any other student in terms of conduct, conscientiousness and many other aspects. I usually pay attention to creating an atmosphere of caring for children left behind and strengthen the links among students, parents and teachers And exchange, through various forms and means, let them feel the class is that they learn culture, learn to be happy home.
