目的:探讨民间验方马肝汤治疗肝病的免疫学机制。方法:用CCl4 造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型,其中治疗组每天皮下注射马肝汤0.1 m l/10 g,连续7 d,损伤组、治疗组、盐水对照组均于第8 天眼眶取血,采用间接免疫荧光试验观察马肝汤对中毒性肝炎小鼠T细胞亚群的影响。结果:马肝汤使T 细胞及T细胞亚群细胞数量明显增加。结论:马肝汤具有免疫调控的双重作用。
Objective: To explore the immunological mechanism of non-governmental prescription Magan Decoction in treating liver diseases. METHODS: Acute hepatic injury model in mice was induced with CCl4. The treatment group was injected subcutaneously with 0.1 ml/10 g of Magan Decoction every day for 7 days. The injury group, treatment group, and saline control group were all taken on the 8th day. Blood, using indirect immunofluorescence test to observe the effect of Magan Decoction on T cell subsets in mice with toxic hepatitis. RESULTS: Horse liver soup significantly increased the number of T cells and T cell subsets. Conclusion: Horse liver soup has the dual role of immune regulation.
