据2017年8月23日《工人日报》报道,江苏省协调劳动关系三方委员会下发通知,要求辖区各地相关部门单位贯彻实施《集体协商工作质效评价规范》。此前,由江苏省总、省人社厅、省经信委、省企业联合会、省工商联等共同研究制定的省级地方标准《集体协商工作质效评价规范》,已经江苏省质量技术监督局批准正式实施。此举在全国尚属首创,填补了集体协商工作质效评价的空白。
According to the Workers’ Daily reported on August 23, 2017, the Tripartite Committee of Jiangsu Province on Coordination of Labor Relations issued a circular calling on relevant departments and units in all areas of the jurisdiction to implement the “Code of Criteria for the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Collective Bargaining.” Prior to this, the provincial-level local standard “Criteria for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Collective Bargaining Work” jointly developed by the Jiangsu Province General and Provincial Societies, Provincial Commission of Economic Information, Provincial Federation of Enterprises, Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, etc., has been approved by Jiangsu Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau approved the official implementation. The move is still the first in the country to fill the gap in the quality evaluation of collective bargaining.
