我们时常有这样的体会:听完一节优质课或公开课,感觉很精彩,可用到自己的课堂上,要么如邯郸学步,要么若东施效颦,总有一种貌合神离之感。情况好一些的,只能上好所听的这节课,上其他课“依然故我”。究其原因,主要在于我们学到的仅仅是别人的教学之术,而没有学到“术”背后的“理”与“道”。也就是只注重学习看得见、摸得着的教学过程、方法、手段,而忽视了对教育理论、理念、规律的研究与把握。在这里,“术”主要指教学技艺、教学技术和教学策略等。“理”主要指教
