应用FdU(5-氟脱氧尿嘧啶核苷)对淋巴细胞和白血病骨髓细胞进行同步化处理,可获得较长、显带清晰的染色体标本而不需换洗。每份标本可同时用于荧光R带、Giemsa-R带和G显带。对于白血病骨髓细胞,如合并使用溴化乙啶,可获得更长的高分辨染色体标本。
Using FdU (5-fluorodeoxyuridine) to synchronize lymphocytes and myeloid leukemia cells, longer, clear banding of chromosomes can be achieved without the need for wash-off. Each specimen can be used for both fluorescent R band, Giemsa-R band and G band. For leukemia bone marrow cells, such as the combined use of ethidium bromide, can obtain longer high-resolution chromosome specimens.
