目的:观察及分析手术室感染管理的显著,并提出针对性的管理措施。方法:调查我市12所医院手术室感染管理的现状,对其中存在的问题进行综合分析,然后提出针对性的手术室股感染管理预防措施。结果:本组12所医院的总体调查效果相对较好,大部分医院均已建立了相对比较完善的手术室感染管理体系,但少数医院在设置有专门的手术室感染管理部门或分部、构建监测结果分析制度、消毒剂浓度监测、建立医护人员手卫生制度等方面具有较严重的欠缺。结论:施行科学合理的手术室感染管理预防措施,对于提高手术室感染管理工作的质量和确保患者的身体健康具有非常重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the significant infection management in the operating room and to propose targeted management measures. Methods: To investigate the current status of infection management in the operating rooms of 12 hospitals in our city, to make a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the operating room, and to put forward the preventive measures for infection management in the operating room. Results: The overall survey results of the 12 hospitals in this group were relatively good. Most of the hospitals had established a relatively complete management system for operating room infections. However, a few hospitals had set up special operating room infection management departments or divisions to construct Monitoring results analysis system, the concentration of disinfectant monitoring, the establishment of medical staff hand hygiene system has a more serious lack of. Conclusion: It is of great significance to implement a scientific and rational management of operating room infection management in order to improve the quality of operation management and to ensure the health of patients.
