在对虾、鱼类的人工育苗生产中,常需要大量的轮虫作为幼苗饵料。但在大面积培养轮虫的过程中,又经常遇到轮虫饵料——藻类供应不上的问题,我们试验采用发酵面粉作为轮虾饵料,初步解决了这个问题,同时也大大降低了生产成本。 一、试验条件 培养池为室外水泥池,面积为10×10(m~2),池底有排水管。 培养用水是经沙池过滤的海水,用水调节比重,控制盐度在15~25‰之间。 培养品种为褶皱臂尾轮虫Brachionus plicatilis。 发酵面粉用市售面粉,在使用前一天发酵,投放前每500克加入15升水,搅拌10分钟,用筛绢过滤。 二、试验过程 培养前用百万分之五的高锰酸钾溶液清池。清池后,放进50cm
