近年来,学校课程建设工作,已被义务教育段学校提升到重要研究开发议程。最近,本人听了几个全国著名教育专家关于校本课程建设的讲座之后,确实感受颇深,获益匪浅,且进一步认识到:大势所趋,形势逼人,不破不立,不改不行!众所周知:学校是教育的主体,而教师又是学校的主体,因此更新教育观念,转变教师角色适应课程建设需要,是每一个教师走进课程改革的首要条件,也是今后能否搞好教学工作,培养高素质现
