环境友好型海水缓蚀剂由聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、硫酸锌、葡萄糖酸钠与2-羟基膦酰基乙酸(HPAA)复配制得,通过正交试验确定最佳复配质量比为4:5:8:0:5。利用失重法、电化学法和扫描电镜法研究了此四元海水缓蚀剂在海水中对A3碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,当海水缓蚀剂的用量为90 mg/L时,缓蚀率达到97.26%,有效抑制了碳钢在海水中的腐蚀。该海水缓蚀剂具有优良的生物降解性能,28 d的生物降解率达到85.65%。
Environmentally friendly seawater corrosion inhibitor by polyaspartic acid (PASP), zinc sulfate, sodium gluconate and 2-hydroxy-phosphonoacetic acid (HPAA) prepared by the orthogonal test to determine the best compound mass ratio of 4 : 5: 8: 0: 5. The corrosion inhibition performance of the quaternary seawater corrosion inhibitor on A3 carbon steel in seawater was studied by weight loss method, electrochemical method and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that when the dosage of seawater inhibitor was 90 mg / L, the corrosion inhibition rate reached 97.26%, effectively inhibiting the corrosion of carbon steel in seawater. The seawater corrosion inhibitor has excellent biodegradability, and the biodegradation rate reached 85.65% at 28 days.
