本文通过考察数字化生产车间的生产活动,以车间制造环境为对象,分析了其组成要素及关系,利用支持统一建模语言UML的Rational Rose为工具,建立其静态及动态模型。根据模型,在VB6.0中设计了车间制造环境数据库系统的用户界面,并编程实现了预计的生产车间环境系统的基本功能。模型的提出为实现制造企业的资源、信息的共享,为探索数字制造的建模提供了新的方法。
This paper examines the production activities of the digital production workshop, analyzes the components and relationships of the production environment in the workshop, and establishes the static and dynamic models using Rational Rose, a tool that supports the Unified Modeling Language (UML). According to the model, the user interface of workshop manufacturing environment database system is designed in VB 6.0, and the basic functions of the expected workshop environment system are programmed. The proposed model provides a new method for exploring the digital manufacturing modeling in order to realize the resources and information sharing of manufacturing enterprises.
