探讨了南方某水厂采用常规处理工艺的运行效果,并运用变性梯度凝胶电泳技术(DGGE)对滤池中不同时间段及不同深度下的微生物菌群结构稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,该工艺对低污染物含量原水具有十分良好的净化效果,NH3-N、CODMn、浊度的去除率为别为85%~95%、50%~70%及95%~99%。反冲洗过程对于滤池的微生物菌群的结构并未产生明显的影响,V型滤池中的生物种类基本保持不变,而反冲洗过程对滤池微生物的影响体现于其生物量的变化。在滤池中的各个阶段、各个深度,硝化螺旋菌属始终稳定存在,并在系统脱氮过程中起着主要作用。
The operation effect of the conventional treatment process in a water plant in southern China was discussed. The stability of microbial flora in different time periods and depths in the filter was analyzed by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). The results show that the process has a very good purification effect on low-pollutant raw water. The removal rates of NH3-N, CODMn and turbidity are 85% -95%, 50% -70% and 95% -99%, respectively. The backflushing process has no significant effect on the structure of the microbial flora of the filter. The biological species in the V-shaped filter remains basically unchanged. The influence of the backwash process on the filter microorganisms is reflected in the change of their biomass. In all stages of the filter, at various depths, the genus Nitrospira always existed stably and played a major role in the denitrification process of the system.
