近年来,随着社会保障体系的逐步健全,各项改革的不断深入,市场经济的不断发展,人力资源和社会保障的服务对象逐步波及城乡的家家户户,工作面广,工作量大,宏观上关系国计民生,微观上直通千家万户。因此,围绕人力资源和社会保障层面的信访问题呈持续高位运行、不断攀升趋势,人社部门信访维稳工作在今后一个时期将面临更为严峻的挑战。针对人社系统信访工作面临的许多新情况、新问题,必须有效把握人社工作新规律、探索信访工作新方法,提高信访工作效率与群众满意度。
