节食,什么是节食呢?所谓的节食,通俗一点儿讲,就是在进餐的时候悠着点、节制点,别吃喝过了量。这个所谓的“量”到底又如何来判断呢?许多人都是自己来制定一个标准,而不是花医务人员或营养师的指导下进行。他们的标准,有的基本上科学,有的仅有一部分科学,还有的则没有一点儿科学道理。总体上讲,达到科学要求的比较少。
