KEF是英国著名音响生产厂家,是传统“英国声”的典范。所生产的单元和音箱都有较高的素质,除了为经典的小型监听音箱BBC LS3／5A提供的成品单元外,还有KEF的独门绝技Uni- Q同轴单元技术,这是将高音单元安装在中低音单元锥盆的中央发声位置,从而形成一个“共点声源”,实现高中音相位的一致性,最终能提高声音的结像力和还原性,令细节表现更为丰富。这项技术除了被应用在KEF的顶级Reference系列音箱之外,目前还应用在我们今天的主角——价格相对平易近人的XQ系列音箱上。目前XQ系列音箱包括4个型号:XQ 1小型书架箱、XQ3中型书架箱、XQ5落地箱和配套的中置音箱XQ2C。
