卤井由于生产工艺及地质条件等因素,套管事故较多,存在不同程度的套管变形、破损和断裂,严重的导致报废。为挖掘潜力,对此类导管事故的处理,一般采用传统的涨、铣等方法进行修治。现今开始采用割断井下损坏段的套管,效果更佳。以下介绍去年在自贡地区邓关矿区采用套管割刀,对邓40井的套管事故进行处理取得成效,为今后卤井中处理变形套管闯出一条新路。
