广州管园线虫是陈氏于1933年在我国广州市捕获的家鼠中发现。第一例广州管园线虫病则是野村氏和林氏于1944年在我国台湾省发现的。从1944至1978年,台湾省共发现管园线虫病及嗜酸性脑膜炎或脑膜脑炎共259例,其中有8例死亡。与此同时,在日本、印尼、泰国、越南、老挝等国均报告发现病例。因而该虫逐渐为人们所重视。我国台湾省及日本、印尼、菲律宾、柬埔寨、越南等亦开展对该虫的终末宿主和中间宿主调查。但我国大陆地区至今未见有关这方面报导。我们自1979年
Guangzhou Guan Yuan nematode Chen was found in rats in 1933 in Guangzhou, China. The first case of Guan Guan nematosis in Guangzhou was that Nomura and Lin were found in Taiwan Province of China in 1944. From 1944 to 1978, a total of 259 cases of pipe park nematode disease and eosinophilic meningitis or meningoencephalitis were found in Taiwan, of which 8 died. In the meantime, cases were reported in Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Laos. Therefore, the pest is gradually valued by people. China Taiwan Province and Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam and other carried out the terminal host and intermediate hosts survey. However, no reports have been made in mainland China so far. We are from 1979
