以县(市)城镇为中心的有线电视网,在其经济条件、覆盖范围、服务内容、起步基础等方面与大、中城市的有线电视网相比,有许多自己的特点。一般而言,县(市)级有线网的经济条件差一些,覆盖半径小一些(平均跨距3~5公里),服务内容比较单一,而且大多数是在共用天线系统的基础上起步,起点自然就要低一些。因此在规划和建设县(市)城镇有线电视网时,不能完全照抄照搬大,中型有线网的模式,应当充 The cable television network centered on counties (cities) and towns has many characteristics of its own compared to the cable television networks of large and medium-sized cities in terms of its economic conditions, coverage, service contents and basic starting points.
