工业建筑遗产的“活化”利用是当前关注的课题,而信息技术的发展给遗产保护带来新的思路。通过对典型案例的分析总结,对无锡现阶段工业遗产活化利用成效与问题进行梳理,总结出项目决策、设计阶段、项目的运营与管理以及公众参与度三方面存在的问题,结合当前互联网技术的发展特点,提出实现信息环境下的无锡工业遗产的真正活化需要借助互联网提高传播影响、更新目标融入城市生活以吸引公众的视线,从工业遗产本体和外部信息传递两个方面探讨工业遗产活化利用的可行性途径。
The “activation” utilization of the industrial architectural heritage is the subject of current concern, and the development of information technology brings new ideas to the heritage protection. Through the analysis and summarization of typical cases, the author summarizes the effectiveness and problems of industrial heritage utilization in Wuxi at the present stage, summarizes the existing problems in project decision-making, design stage, project operation and management, and public participation.
