网上曾有一个调查,关于“一个胰岛素针头到底用多久”,几个选项中,有选择一天一个的,有选择三天一个的,甚至不少人打完一支胰岛素才换一个针头.实际上,医护人员在很多场合都强调胰岛素针头应该一次性使用.rn根据中华医学会糖尿病学分会制订的《中国糖尿病药物注射技术指南》,第二次全球胰岛素注射技术近况调查显示,由于经济条件的限制和操作便利性的考虑,重复使用针头不仅是中国糖友常见的现象,也是全球糖尿病患者中普遍存在的问题,必须引起大家的高度重视.
