主观幸福感在现代社会愈加受到关注。本文从工作压力、工作价值观外在内在两方面影响因素研究主观幸福感,选取内蒙古呼包鄂地区进行问卷调查,516份有效问卷处理结果表明:工作压力及其因子对主观幸福感存在显著负向影响;工作任务因子对事业取向存在显著正向影响,人际关系因子对事业取向、职业取向和谋生取向存在显著负向影响,对家庭取向存在显著正向影响;总体工作价值观及事业取向、职业取向对主观幸福感存在正向影响;职业取向、谋生取向在人际关系因子影响主观幸福感过程中具有部分中介效应,事业取向在工作任务压力因子影响主观幸福感过程中具有部分中介效应。建议组织从工作环境、管理制度、组织文化等方面降低员工工作压力,提升主观幸福感。
Subjective well-being has gained more and more attention in modern society. This paper studies subjective well-being on the basis of influencing factors of work pressure and external intrinsic value of job values, and selects a questionnaire from Hu’ba-E region of Inner Mongolia. The results of 516 valid questionnaires show that there is a significant negative effect on subjective well-being among work stress and its factors Influence; job task factor has a significant positive impact on career orientation, personal relationship factor has a significant negative impact on career orientation, career orientation and livelihood orientation, and has a significant positive impact on family orientation; overall work values and career orientation, career orientation Which has a positive effect on the subjective well-being. The career orientation and the direction of earning a living have some intermediary effects in the subjective well-being influenced by the interpersonal factors. The career orientation has some intermediary effects in the process of subjective well-being influenced by the stress factors of work tasks. It is suggested that the organization should reduce the pressure of employees’ work from the aspects of working environment, management system and organizational culture so as to enhance subjective well-being.
